What is the Warranty Period for Your Products?

Our products come with a 2-year warranty. If you encounter any issues, please reach out to us with your order number and email address. Our technical team will assist you as quickly as possible.

How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?

At United Jewel we have warehouses in the USA, Europe, and the Far East. Your order will be shipped from the nearest warehouse based on stock availability. If the product is out of stock in the USA warehouse, it will be shipped from our Hong Kong or Europe warehouse.

You will receive your tracking number within 2-4 days after your order is dispatched. Typically, your products will arrive within 5-7 days after reaching our distribution center. In some cases, such as customs delays or shipping holdups, it may take up to 12 days. If you experience any delays, please contact us, and we’ll assist you.

We also partner with fast shipping services like UPS, DHL, and FedEx to provide quicker delivery options. Soon, we will be adding express shipping options as well.
