Return Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us at +1 (213) 600-2663 or email us at [email protected] to initiate the return of your item(s). Please note that return shipping and insurance costs will be your responsibility.

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Be in its original, unused condition

  • Be in the original packaging, with all tags and labels still attached

Once we receive your return, we will process a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Returns must be sent back to us within 15 days from the date of delivery.

Refund processing may take up to 14 business days after we receive your return.

Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange for a different item within 30 days of your original purchase if the following conditions are met:

  • The item is in its original, unused condition

  • All tags, protective stickers, and covers are still intact

  • The original packaging, including boxes and manuals, is included

  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided

To initiate an exchange, please contact our Customer Service team. While the cost of returning the item is your responsibility, we will cover the shipping cost for sending the exchanged item back to you.

Warranty & Repair Policy

All products sold by United Jewel come with a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and malfunctions during normal use. This warranty does not apply to damages caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.

Repair Process

If your item needs repair under warranty, please contact our Customer Service team for detailed instructions.

  • If your product is no longer covered under warranty, we offer repair services for a fee.

  • Please securely package the item and send it to us using a trackable and insured shipping method. Upon receiving the item, we will evaluate the repair needs and provide an estimated timeline and cost (if applicable).

Repairs will be performed by our certified technicians, and the item will be returned to you in fully functional condition.
